This informative statement concerns the personal data sent by the user/visitor with email. The data sent to Sokema Sas with sending email shall be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Code – Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
The email address made available on the website allows the user to write email to Sokema Sas. The data voluntarily provided with sending e-mail that may be stored in the e-mail receipt system.

1. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The data sent shall be used for the sole purpose of write answer to e-mail.

2. NATURE OF THE DATA TO BE PROCESSED AND PROCESSING PROCEDURES

a. The personal data for processing shall be exclusively the general data strictly required and relevant to the purpose as stated in clause 1 above.
b. The processing of the personal data collected is carried out by operations or by a series of operations specified in Article 4, clause 1 letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
c. Processing is directly carried out by Sokema Sas.

3. NATURE OF TRANSMISSION AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

The User is under no obligation to provide personal information, however any missing or inaccurate details may make it impossible for the requested services to be provided.
The information will be collected and processed electronically and as printed copies, in order to reduce the risk of loss, incident, or unauthorized use by third parties. In any case the User accepts the risk of loss or unauthorized access that may result from the provision of personal information and the Data Controllers decline all liability for any resulting losses.

4. DATA CONTROLLER

Personal data collected via e-mail to Sokema Sas, which shall be the data controller.

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject may exercise the rights as per Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, which we quote here below, at any moment by writing to Sokema Sas.
Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – The right to access personal data and other rights
1.The data subject has the right to obtain information as to whether or not personal data belonging to him/her exist, regardless of their not being already recorded, and the communication of such data in intelligible form.
2.The data subject has the right to be informed about: a) the source of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied if the data is processed with the aid of electronic tools; d) the name of the data controller, the data managers and the representative appointed as per Article 5, clause 2; e) the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or to whom data may have been communicated in their position as the appointed representative in the territory of the country, of data managers or appointed persons in charge of processing.
3.The data subject has the right to obtain: a) updating, amendment or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) deletion, transformation in an anonymous form or the stoppage of any data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is not required for the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, and their contents, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4.The data subject has the right to refuse the processing of personal data, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, even though they are relevant to the purpose of collection; b) for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials, or for market or commercial communication research.

6. DURATION OF PROCESSING

Processing shall last no longer than the time strictly required for the purposes for which the data has been sent and collected.
